What state did you put in because that is different than what comes up with Flood, Anderson and Koch, and about five others. Also the list of excluded states is longer with Troy and the cost is higher ($100 vice $75 for the option).

Thanks Josh - I think you are right - weirdest thing in the world. I have checked those sites at least a dozen times and went through the options over the last week. Flood Ford still says deductible applies. Anderson and others, however, say zero deductible. So I think you are right. I went with Anderson and Koch - same price as Ford and it says zero deductible

As far as the rental option - I didn't go for it for 2 reasons - there is no place within 45 miles of my dealer that rents vehicles. Secondly, there is rental coverage under the normal contract if you have to leave your vehicle overnight.

Quote from the Zeigler site -

Included Protect Rental

If the service is an eligible Ford|Lincoln Protect ESP repair and the vehicle will be inoperative overnight by the repair facility, up to $30 per day (including tax) will be reimbursed for Ford, Mercury or competitive make vehicles and $45 per day (including tax) for Lincoln vehicles until the repair is complete or for up to 10 days, whichever comes first.
