ACTUALLY, you *CAN* purchase a Ford ESP (Protect) after 3 years/36000 miles.

It has to go thru a certification by a ford tech from the dealer where you are purchasing the ESP, and has to pass each and every test.

There is a surcharge (just like over 12000miles/12 months).....Not sure what the surcharge is.

Also, the customer must pay for the inspection.

You can also buy a FORD ESP on a used Ford Vehicle as well.
