Yeah, the packaging definitely needs to improve and I'm sure it makes it tough on vendors such as yourself that have to go through the hassle of making it right for the customer.

I don't blame the vendor at all and at this point, the cover is better protected sitting on my truck than it would be in the "packaging".

 

My buddy used to be a driver for fedex and you wouldn't believe the stories he had about how packages were thrown around and "handled." Even tv's

Those tonneau covers definitely need Styrofoam endcaps.

 

Most likely because you get to feel the pain of the inadequate packaging and not them.

I just had a paint matched undercover lux delivered and made real sure it was not scratched or scuffed in any manner...and didn't sign for it until I had it out of the packaging and verified.

 

I'm pleased to report the awesome service of RDP. They are shipping a new cover out to me.
