Extang Solid Fold 2 Damaged Upon Arrival
Yeah, the packaging definitely needs to improve and I'm sure it makes it tough on vendors such as yourself that have to go through the hassle of making it right for the customer.
I don't blame the vendor at all and at this point, the cover is better protected sitting on my truck than it would be in the "packaging".

My buddy used to be a driver for fedex and you wouldn't believe the stories he had about how packages were thrown around and "handled." Even tv's

This unfortunately happens a lot... Especially with the Extang Solid Fold because they put very little padding around the cover inside the box and it basically bangs around in the box... I fail to understand why they don't increase packaging... But we have asked so many times and nothing changes...
I just had a paint matched undercover lux delivered and made real sure it was not scratched or scuffed in any manner...and didn't sign for it until I had it out of the packaging and verified.
