I have the Magnaflow full catback. It is super smooth and not raspy at all. You can barely hear it rumble at idle, and it incrementally increases as throttle increases. Absolutely no drone at all, best exhaust aside from the super expensive T304 Stainless setups.

Btw. the Magnaflow is actually 409 stainless so that is still a decent grade of stainless. By far and away the highest quality, best sounding option

Borla states their mufflers are made of T304, Magnaflow just says "stainless steel". From my understanding, T304 is better than T403 due to T304 being higher in chromium and nickel than T403, So the quality can't be better.......

On Ford coyote engines I have experience with Magnaflow, flowmaster, borla and rousch. Flowmaster is at the bottom end as far as a refined sound and build quality. Magnaflow does not just say stainless steel, it is listed as 409 stainless. Borla is a bit higher end even, yes. However borla to me doesn't sound quite as throaty and its a few hundred more also.

Next smart *** question please

Did you replace the tailpipe with a new 3" or did you use an adaptor to go from 3" to 2.25" and use the stock tailpipe?

The stock muffler was cut out and the Borla welded in, it used the stock tailpipe which I have since cut off and have a black turn down tip next to the spare.
