Default Error message after Android 11 update?

After my phone updated to Android 11, this popped up when trying to launch google assistant from the steering wheel button (holding it bypasses the sync assistant). Anyone else seen this before or have a fix?

I would look at the actual phone setting for this issue. It's probably some change in Android with the latest OS.

Ha, when googling for a fix I found your post on the Google support forum: https://support.google.com/assistant...77219024?hl=en

Did you install the One UI 3.0 Beta? It may not be fully functional, or you just found a bug.

Yeah, started there since I know it's a phone issue. But obviously that's fallen on deaf ears lol

Sorry, it's the OS that is included with Android 11 Beta.

OneUI is a Samsing launcher on top of Android 11. He has a Pixel. So, unless he somehow added the Samsung launcher to his phone, he has stock Android without OneUI.

I wonder if you need to download "Voice Access" app from the Play store. Maybe it is required with Android 11 for the voice control functionality from the vehicle?

Yeah I'm all stock on the Pixel. No Beta software or anything.
