Save the Manuals!
I would get the 5.0.
Source: I have a leveled 2.7 with F rated 33's.

If you get the 5.0 make sure you get the hdpp package so you get the upgraded rear end. That 8.8 is a joke. Light duty as hell. The Toyota Tacoma has a better rear end than what Ford pairs with the 5.0. Talk about typical Ford junk.

In a short test ride from the dealer, I could not tell much difference between the 5.0 and the 3.5. I have not been able to test drive the 6.7 Powerstroke. I will average about 17K miles per year and do need to consider gas mileage. I will also have a fair amount of highway time.
You need to take a test drive going up hill and then compare the 3.5L EB to the 5.0L. I had both engines and the 3.5 is definitely stronger and will not downshift like the 5.0. They are both good engines though.
Your gas mileage goes down the tubes with either one since you want a lift and 35" tires.
To get the 6.7 you have to buy a F-250 which costs way more and get less MPGs and you use more expensive fuel......really a bad option.

I have a 2017 FX4 with 6" lift and 35's on 20x12's with 3.55 gears and it pulls great stock no tune. I traded my 2wd 5.0 w/3.31 gears in on it. I loved my 5.0 but it wasn't going to pull my 35's and tow like my 2.7 is why i switched. If you do go 5.0 make sure it has 3.73 gears because its going to need all the help it can get for down low rpm pulling power. I wouldn't waste your money going out your way to get a 10spd truck because once you lift it the drag of the tires will keep you between 6 & 7th gears. My 2.7 will cruise at 80mph @2100 rpms and stay in 6th gear. Once I'm towing it will never hit 6th and downshifts to 4th on over passes.
