Update - Dealer called before I even got there this morning to tell me Ford approved a new motor without going through the steps of bore scoping and all the other blah blah blah.
Manager said they will call me when the new motor arrives, but he did not have an ETA at all yet.
He said the last 2 they did arrived within a week of being ordered.
Time will tell I guess.

Hello there! Are you still experiencing this engine oil concern? If so, I would like to look into it on my end. Please send over a private message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer.

Dropped the 2020 KR off this morning for its new heart transplant. I was originally told last week it may be a few weeks until the engine arrives after being ordered, but it was here in 2 days. Dropped off today, Monday and they said I should have it back by Wednesday.
I asked if it is a Gen 3 or Gen 4 motor and they could not answer, as they said Ford does not provide that information to them.
What's the opinion from anyone else out there that has had the engine replaced?

I only have about 1500 miles on my new engine that I got last month and it is running strong and no oil loss yet. Good luck and enjoy the new engine.

They claim motors are now coming in within days of being ordered for a complete long block.
Truck currently has 34,895 miles on it.
What month was your truck produced? Mine is a March 2020 build... has not burned ANY oil since new.
Im still under the original powertrain warranty for another year/ 16,000 miles but I would NEVER trust a dealer to do such an invasive job.
Book time is something like 26 hours for an engine swap.
