I have had it my last 2 truck frankly its a ho hum option IMO. countless times I have turned it on when slightly, mildly stuck in the snow. its not mattered one bit turning it on without the 4x4 on. basically what I am saying is its going to be a really rare situation where it offers a meaningful difference.
