Default electrical system dead

My 2018 F 150 xl started normally, I went to store , got back in and and electrics were dead. No lights no start, nothing. Jump started it and everything has been fine since. Battery is fine, terminals tight, Starts and runs normally. What happened? I can't trust it. It has 6000 miles on it A new truck that might not start. Any thoughts ?

Exorcist? Seriously though because the only thing you said you may have touched is the battery, try the terminals first. Next look for some type of cut off.

I was looking for some sort of main fuse, but found nothing and the truck is now on day 2 of starting and running perfectly. The only thing it needed was a jump start. I had the battery tested , it was fine, charging is normal. I think it is some computer in the truck that shut everything off.

I have to go out to an event now and will be off line for a few hours. Thanks for your quick reply,
Lee
