if you don’t mind me asking, what pulled you away from the eibach kit and towards the halo aluma set up? I can’t find much on the eibach kit, but the price point isn’t bad.

After doing TONS of research I found a bunch of threads in here with really positive feedback on Halos. The price point was similar to what I was looking at with Bilstiens on sale at Stage 3, but the 6112s need to still be compressed. Shock Surplus sold assembled kits which only put me 100 off the Halos. With the coil overs going to 3” I’m not maxed out like I would’ve been with the Bilstiens. Plus I would’ve still had to buy a rear block with the Eibachs and the Bilstiens. I didn’t want Fox because there’s a lot reviews saying they’re stiff. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the Halos. Worth every penny.

Since bilstein doesn’t recommend the 6112s for the 2.7l, I am looking at Halo Aluma, Eibach, or one of the Foxes. The spring rate of the Halo’s concerns me (even though, from my understanding, spring rate is only part of the equation and one companies set up with 500lb springs could ride rougher than another’s setup with 650lb).

Thanks for the info.

I highly recommend you call Shawn at HaloLifts. He was extremely helpful and spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me talking about my setup and what I wanted. He even responded to my text messages on a Sunday when I was installing my lift. Again, nothing but the highest marks for this company. Here’s a pic of my FX4 shock side by side for comparison

I plan on giving Shawn a call tomorrow, any further reviews or pictures with the Halo kit installed?
Got a couple of questions and the sale price looks great
