Default ebay Headliight assemblies?

The headlights on my 22015 XLT are beyond repair, the clear plastic has small cracks throughout the plastic. I tried some Cerakkote headlight restore, it got rid of some of the haze but didn't do anything about the cracks. I saw some after market headlight assemblies on eBay for less than $100 each. Are these worth it? .

You get what you pay for. Might get lucky or they might fill up with water first time it rains.

Look for a used oem set in better shape. The halogens aren’t worth that much, so you should find a good deal.

For instance, I just looked on Facebook and found these.

Look for used halogens. No one wants them because people want to actually be able to see in the dark. You should be able to find used oem for less than ****ty ebay ones.

Don't know if these would be of interest to you, but they are in the closeout section on Rock Auto.

Or, for even less money & much better performance than the OEM halogens, you could tape these to your hood

Tape them to the top of the mirrors so you can easily reach out the winder to turn them on.

The problem with aftermarket headlights is the protective UV coating (if they even have any at all on some) fail quickly, less than a year. OEM is the only way to fo. A guy I work with asked me about his Morimoto headlights on his 2019 because the lenses have literally turned yellow. I bought the cheap ebay headlights with black housings for my 17 when it was new and the coating peeled quickly, so I bought used OEM black that still look new.
