No.. I've decided to own and drive something that's not going down in value and stays in the Ford family
Major respect for that ride, but the "won't go down in value" comment is way off base. Do some research on the E46 BMW first. The valuation hit bottom 4 years ago, they will go back to MSRP.
I sold my 2004 M3 years ago, but thought it was worth sharing. I ordered it new in 2004 and it was my “toy” for several years, and still one of the best cars I’ve owned. Not terribly fast by today’s standards, but just very raw, and a real enthusiasts drivers car. BMW does not build them like this anymore, these were the last of an era. I have a buddy that still has his Imola red ‘vert smg and he loves it.
Very nice. Agree, BMW doesn't make them like this anymore. I bet you miss it. I have the 6speed, not a fan of the E46 SMG. That's a beautiful ride, i bet you miss it. I love it in white.
Now for the most important question... do the turn signals work in the F150s at least?
lol so true. There's a certain "douche" factor with the BMW. For some reason i don't use my turn signal in mine, but always do in my F-150. There must be some weird aura around it lol!
thought this was a BMW thread .. then i saw it wasn't moved .. then i figured must be an Ethanol thread.. then saw it was a BMW thread.. then i'm in before the move
E46 M3 was one of my dream cars.. i did many of spreadsheets trying to come up with a budget to afford one

LOL, it will be moved soon. I remember 15 years ago (I'm in the hotel business) and I was working my way up. I used to help in valet and would sit in brand new E46 M's and think wow, just imagine. Well, funny how life goes, now 15 years later and I have the means to buy a new F80 M3 and I guess common sense comes in and other priorities. So I bought a used E46, Love every time I get into it, may not be fast by today's standards, but it's my little gem.

I do miss it. And I agree, 6 speed was the way to go. I had it for a long time, it was tough to sell, but I don’t regret it, I got an offer I couldn’t refuse, so I let it go. Alpine white is a great color, which is why they still make it today. My wife’s current X6 m-sport is AW and every time I wash it, I think of that M3.
