I am having the same exact issue after messing with some settings in forscan.. I have no idea how to reset to default. I try to load from previous profile when I first plug in, but nothing changes. My current modifications stay the same.
Do you know what possible changes you made that might have been the culprit?

 

Did restoring factory settings fix it?
