I know on mine the DRL will not come on if the truck is in Park!! My question is can you make the DRL's be on even with it in Park???

It took me a while to figure this out since I was always in park when changing the settings.

Sure... turn your lights on. Otherwise DRLs are off when in Park. Which is a little strange... most manufacturer's DRLs are on whenever the car is running.

The DRL's on my 2015 Chev Cruze are strips of LED's below the headlights (that are halogen).
They are only on when in gear.

Also, I see that on both my F150 and my Cruze the DRL's both stay on with the turn signal on.

That makes me happy as I find cars with one DRL on with the signal on is more odd looking than helpful.

I don't recall reading any threads in the past couple years that will enable the DRL Circuit at all times while vehicle is 'on'.
Unfortunately, you'll have to be driving to show off your changes.

Daytime Running Lights are designed, by function, to only run when the car is in gear.
