So I waited and took it in yesterday at 55k and now that it is worse they did recognize it and will replace the driveshaft under warranty. Only slightly irritated with them.
Now they are pushing a 50k mile maintenance that is 8.5 hours and $950. Change transmission oil, engine oil, clean induction system, inspect a bunch of stuff, compression check, etc. Only thing I don't want to do myself or haven't done is change the transmission oil. After I said no they went on about how it increases trade-in value, and blah blah... Seems like it may be time to find a new dealer?
if only they were as aggressive in solving problems that customers present as they are with selling mostly frivolous services

I have been going through the same issues with vibrations. Ford dealer replaced the driveshaft only to install my old one back in because they said it wasn't the issue. Read my attached invoice and you'll see they had to do shims trying to get the pinion angle correct. My truck is currently at the Ford dealer for the same issues and this time they are going to replace both leaf springs. My service writer also told me that they had four other trucks with the same issues. The 50k mileage service isn't going to fix your issues.I would download my attachment and take it to the service writer. Also try a different dealership. The Ford dealership has been calling Ford to find out what to do and Ford even sent a person to look/help with the issues on my truck and the others.
Also get copies of the invoices like my attachment, it will tell you the mileage in/out, dates in/out and give you more information. I would suggest you take a copy of my invoice and tell the person you want this type of invoice (a lawyer will want it if it goes that far).

I'm ready to either sell my truck or trade it in. I know I shouldn't buy another F150, but I really like the 2022 F150 Tremor.

Because of your mileage, Ford won't buy back your truck under the lemon law (trust me I know). What Ford will do is give you some money (not much), you keep the truck.

Best of luck
Ed

Driveline Service Explained a bit more if you are interest

I appreciate members in this F150 forum. Many trouble fixes are perceive as "well that's easy", once they have heard the solution. I especially respect, and admire those that take the effort to find the solutions and those that share there findings. Not speaking about myself but the other active members..

Some dealers have tools, hopefully all, that can detect the source of a vibration. It seams like magic to me. Part of the magic is it detects the frequency of the vibration and then matches that to the speed of the turning parts in the vehicle during the test. There are a lot of variables and again easy to say but not totally accurate as most thing are for a sure solution.

Full disclosure. I don't work for any of these sites. I did have some work done at one of them 7 years or so years ago. Hope you take the time to enjoy the videos

I used this YouTube video https://duckduckgo.com/?q=youtube+Pr...%3Df1m-Fh5kiRU several years ago to help me understand the process of driveshaft alignment. It will give you a good understanding of what the dealers could be or not doing.

Here is different site that has a lot of driveline information at https://www.drive-lines.com/home.html. On their site they have a link to another driveline angle explanation here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZ-m9ov3wYMt.

You can purchase a simple level with a base and rotating bubble to measure the angles. I think I purchase mine at a hardware store.
I am not a real fan of Harbor Freight but I did purchase a small electronic level from them and it works well, much easier to use and in places the bubble type wont.

For those that are wondering my experiences is not from my F150, thankfully
I wish everyone the best of luck in your searches and findings

My truck is back at the dealership since the 18th of Jan 2022 for vibration issues. They replaced the leaf springs only to remove them and put on the stock ones back in. Now they ordered shims (again). I'll be glad when they are done, I ordered a 2022 F150 Tremor.
