Default Drivers Door Shaking

I have a 15 Scab, and ever since about 3500 miles, the door shakes on the weather stripping. The truck only has about 6500 on it now. Originally, it was a rattle. The drivers door latch was replaced, and it hasn't rattled since. However, when I drive at highway speeds, and hit rough roads, the door shakes around. Think of what a door sounds like when it moves around on the weather stripping. At first it was worse when I towed, but now it does it all the time. Has anyone had a similar experience? Both of my door fit terribly on the truck. They are both sucked-in at the hinge side. It really looks bad. I want to go back to Ford, but I'm just not in the mood for the usual run around.

I have same exact problem. I even get get a whistle around 65-80mph. I think from the doors not being alighned.

Dang CheifD.... you post and now my truck has the issue I head out the drive this morning and down my somewhat bumpy road and I start hearing a little movement from the upper door at the seal.... If I push on the seal it stops. Coolest morning thus far since I've had the truck, of course now with a few more miles on it now (about 2,200). Curious to see if it does the same this evening on that road - did not noticed it on the highway over some bumps later in the drive after it warmed up a bit.....

The door panels are not aligned flush.... I expect the drivers door needs to be adjusted in a tad such as in the linked thread.... one of the doors on the passenger side is much more out of alignment - its almost a door panel thickness proud of the next panel.... just trying to decide if its worth the dealership messing with the panels to try and get them right vs. potential scratching or other hassles that could be caused...

Just loosen the one bolt, move door up 2mm and retighten, no more rattles. It takes 5mins.

I got to move the tops of my rear supercab doors out about the thickness of 2 pennies.
