Driver Side Doors Misalignment
I went to the Ford dealer and the advisor said that they will not fix it, rather, the Body Shop department will do the job.
Is there any disadvantage of letting their body shop to fix it?
(I'm concern on the market value if I sell it. I heard Carmax will not buy it if the vehicle came fron the body Shop already, I'm not sure.)
Currently, I left my truck to the dealer for other issues to work on.

Disadvantage: Price...?
Usually if the dealer has a body shop, it's pretty good, because the grand majority of their work is on Fords and they're familiar with what to do with them.

I'd like to know why these things are coming out of the factory with misaligned doors to begin with. Mine were messed up and the dealer sent it to a body shop for adjustment. With all the technology at the plant, there should be no reason for this in the first place.
