Exclamation Down shifting

I have a 2015 F 150 eco-boost. I have noticed that when my truck downshifts to the 4th gear, it pulls pretty hard. It is only on the 4th gear downshifting. I have about 96k mile in it. Is anyone else having in issue like this

How is it an issue? Depending on speed and load, 4th should pull pretty good.

Maybe it's a terminology thing. "Pull" is usually a good thing, meaning the truck accelerates well. If the truck clunks or bangs into gear on the downshift, that would be a problem.
