Default Door Panel Switch Illumination

I think I am going crazy. Can anyone tell me if their door panel switch lights stay on all the time or only when headlight are on. I have recently noticed mine stay on whether the headlight are on or not. I have only had the truck a few months but I haven't noticed them being on until now. I will say that I recently unplugged the battery management system CT that is mounted next to the negative battery post. I have since plugged it back in because it being unplugged cause what I would call some electrical gremlins. The horn honk when you hit the lock button twice came back even though it was programmed out by Forscan and my wipers being on would not trigger the headlights to come on. Both of those issues are back to normal while troubleshooting those I noticed the switch lights illuminated.

I'll check tonight on my truck. I want to say they are lit all the time but I'm not 100% sure

Thanks makes me feel better. Guess I never noticed it before and the other issues had my senses on edge.
