Door lock issue

I have an 2018 and the door lock **** on the top of the door is sunk in way to far, when the door is locked you can’t even see the **** anymore. Anyone know how this could have happened and is there a fix for it?

I think you can turn the **** and adjust it.

My driver door sticks up about an 1/8 of an inch. Passenger side is below the top of the door panel.
