Funny you mention this... about a week and a half ago, same thing happened to me (in WI), where the wind caught the door at the grocery store and forced it open very hard as well. The door doesn't seem "out of alignment" by any means, but I do notice a wind noise and whistle at 65+ mph. When I go for my oil change in about 2K miles, I'll mention it. I'm sure I won't be as lucky as you having it covered since my truck has 53K.
