In my last body style F-150, this panel came out via a finger-hole in the panel. I'm not sure what this panel is called, but I pulled on it and didn't have any luck. It also is tucked behind the weatherstrip. Does anyone know how to remove it before I tear something up?

 

 

Pull out the weatherstrip and check underneath. The rubber isn't glued or anything, it's just pressed on, just pull on it and push it back in place when you're done.
