Also lets you test how many times you can heat up the fuel pump by running it that low!

You did have the trailer programmed into the towing information and always picked it when towing right?

Looks like we need more information from others that are using this.

I do remember where we were all noticing that our then new trucks would show that the tow setting was showing more miles to empty than in normal mode.

Programmed the trailer info in before the first tow. It's the only trailer in there.

And it's showing that you have towed it 700 miles.. Where you using tow/haul on the gearshift?

These trucks can be depressing sometimes..

Shortly after purchasing my '15, I pulled into the pump with the gauge showing 2 miles "DTE". This was at the tail end of a 280 mile interstate haul. I was astonished when "first click" showed 23.1 gallons of fuel, on a 23 gallon tank.

I came from a Tundra where 0 miles DTE meant a reserve of 1-1.5 gallons, otherwise I wouldn't have pushed it so closely. Needless to say I haven't trusted that dumb Ford computer since.
