My new truck was from Pompano Ford. Haven't dealt with the service dept here but I will probably use Sawgrass for all my service as with my first truck. Sawgrass folks have been great plus they are closer to my house.
Where are you located?

OEM Brake Controller 2015 F150
I was going to keep the TBC off my old truck, but when my wife saw how much better the factory install looked she said I had permission to add it. Of course, this is after its built and 6 days from delivery. I called the dealer to order a factory one. My sales Representative said they can get it for me but can't install it? I have the tow package ,harness is wired etc. My question is, has anyone installed a TBC on a 2015? I was under the assumption it was plug and play. From what I have read on other threads it has to be programmed by Ford. My sales Representative is telling me that is for the older model's, not the new ones! Does that make sense?

I have found that each dealership varies greatly. My dealer service dept will do almost anything I ask them to. They have two techs there that build race cars and those two are the ONLY ones that work on my Mustang and Truck. They installed my supercharger (Will be installing my truck supercharger as well), my boost gauge, and even helped me modify some front end ROUSH parts for me to install them as well. They had some tools I didn't that made the cuts really nice. They have offered to install whatever I can possibly think of.
Meanwhile, the next dealer over just flat out told me no on non-OEM parts.
On a last note, check around and see if there are any other shops around you. I found a truck shop here that does all kinds of stuff, and anything they don't know how to do, they refer out to other local places that can. Heaps of money cheaper than dealer with similar quality parts.
