Default Data logging I'm a beginner

Hey all so I just go my SCT x4 tuner and watched videos on how to load tunes and how to data log. My question is what do all the numbers mean for each thing? What are safe ranges etc. I wanna know what these things mean so when I get a custom tune it's safe and working effectively

This is not something that you learn overnight. There's some books out there, but this is one to start with https://www.amazon.com/Ford-Tuning-S.../dp/0971541132

Only custom tune that's worth it, is one where you take your truck to a shop that puts it on a dyno. They will monitor the truck as they adjust it, and run it thru the rev/load range, WOT, 0-90 mph, and make sure there's no issues. Every engine is slightly different and getting a so called custom tune for your bolt on mods without doing it on a dyno is not custom IMHO.
Things are also dependent on if you have a NA or turbo motor.

Your tuner has links all over his site on how to data log, all you have to do is follow the instructions then email the log. He will review it and tell you everything you need to know.
