I got an Ego Booster!!!
OK guys, got a 2017 SCab today. Since I drive part time for my dealer, I took a 2018 as a trade for my new truck at another location, same dealer just different town, in other words, I'm the only driver ever in this truck, 26 miles on it when I picked it up.
Never thought I'd end up with an Egobooster, but I did. 3.5/10 speed, and bunch of stuff I hadn't planned on. The bloody thing is loaded, zero chrome, some stickers to remove, the cute "Sport 4X4" box stickers and the other dealers sticker. Ruby Red. I thought I'd like the Magma Red, but after seeing it I thought no.
Photos and specs tomorrow. I left it at the dealer since I needed to bring my '12 home for the last time, and remove as many mods I can without a hoist.
It's a 4X4, ELD 3:55. I didn't care if I got 4X4, since I'm going the opposite of most here, and lowering it. But that's what I wound up with.
??? Is the block on the rear the same as previous years, 1 1/4"?
Anyone think if I remove that block and put a 1.5" lowering shackle on that my pinion angle would be thrown out too much? I always frowned on shackles before when guys used them to lift.

Thanks man!!
LOL, not sure what side my wee-wee is gonna wind up!! I do know at this point, this thing has nothing on my old tuned 5.0!! Maybe with a comparable tune it'll wake up too. I hope.

Thank you, so far, so good. It's the color I've wanted since they came out with it. Now my wife and I have a matched pair.
Also got the floor shifter with the flow through console, nav, which I'll likely never use, hate GPS!!! The nice 20" grey spoke wheels.
First mods are rid myself of all stickers, remove the tailgate 150 badge, blackout the fender badges, then I'll get mechanical. Borla or Ford performance exhaust, a 93PRX tune, and thinking of an NPR separator. I think the separator is recommended with a tune?
More questions, is it still recommended to drill the drain hole in the intercooler?
