I took my '19 in for the phaser swap a few months back (40k miles). I've had no reason to pop the hood until I needed washer fluid, and noticed that the engine cover was missing. Called the dealer, they said 2019's didn't come with one. I thought I remember one being on there from the factory.
Can anyone confirm their 2019 3.5L EcoBoost has an engine cover from the factory?
Look at the front of your engine you should have 2 threaded studs that the cover is fastened to. In the back center is a clip on the intake manifold that the back of the cover slips into.
The 5.0 never gets one, Ford wants the induction noises to be heard in the cab on the V8 and designs the intake manifold to be aesthetically pleasing. The EcoBoost normally gets one.

Funny you mention that, Ford pipes in V8 engine sounds though the audio system of the 3.5 to mimic a V8. The sound can be turned off with the Forscan program.
