Smile A/D/X Plans and Holdback example

I had never seen an actual example of plans differences - here's an example of one I acquired when I started looking = The right column is showing dealer invoice on the options

Rebates and personal offers can be combined with some, but not all plans.... My personal offer/certificate was invalid with the D-plan, so at the end of the day, X plan with an offer is dang close to D/A plan and then you have rebates to come off if available.

Now don't believe that everything listed for Holdback is in the dealers pocket... Apparently that number is reduced the longer it sits on their lot.

I don't mind anyone making money off me... that's how I get paid, and what makes the world go around. But, I only want to make a house payment, I don't want to buy their house..

Your example would indicate that the holdback on that specific vehicle is ~ 3.2% of invoice & ~ 2.9% of MSRP.

What if you ordered a vehicle(not delivered or built) and now come across an A-plan price code? Would the dealer need to honor it?

D Plan - Work at a dealership

A Plan - Work at Ford or be a close relative of an employee.

Holdback on Ford is 3% of MSRP not including destination.

No. Holdback % does not vary by dealer.

If you search my posts you will find at least one where I show a,z,d,x plan pricing details, and you can figure each of these on any truck out there given the vin just by looking at Fords web site by looking in the JavaScript for the page.
