CV angle question

Default CV angle question

this is a pic of the cv angle in my truck. does it look like i can go up another 1 to 1.5 inches?

can anyone post pics of cv's that have too much angle?

That looks like a stock CV angle, so yes you could easily go up 1-1.5", or up to 2.5" really.

Appears you have a 13th gen truck? Is it already leveled? As said, looks stock, but need to be sure. 13th gen can go 2.5" with no problem, I don't recommend higher, but a handful go to 3".

its a 2015 with a zone offroad 6 inch lift. the drop cross member only measures 4 inch from center to center of the bolt holes. and the strut spacers measure 5 inchs and 5 inch blocks in the rear and the truck does not sit level

Might be easier to put in shorter rear blocks if you want to level it out and don't need the extra 1-1.5" of clearance. a 6"+ strut spacer is huge.

im not going to put a 6 inch spacer. im going to do it like i did my 08. us bilstein 5100's

i dont know why i didnt think of this but i just went back and looked at the old pics of my 08 f150 with a 8 inch rize kit and added 2 inches with bilstein 5100's . i found one pic of the cv angle and that truck never had a problem in the 3 or 4 years i had it
