Just did the software upgrade and swapped the USB port out from Walt Sweeney. Very simple, works great! Thanks guys!

As far as prying it out. A plastic panel tool stuck into the driver side of the bezel will pop one side out, then you can wiggle the other side out.

Took me two screwdrivers, a 90 degree alen key with a screw driver head, and a couple of my fingers are still bleeding...so clearly I didn't find the *best* way to get it out...but mine's out.

W/ version 1.0/1.1, when I played music stored on my phone via bluetooth, pressing mute button on steering wheel would pause the app, not just mute audio. Now on 2.2 it only mutes, and the music keeps progressing. Anybody else seeing this behavior? Any settings I can change?

I tried to do the install and I'm getting:
"The installation has run our of space or does not work with this version"
There is no readme file in the ford-procured zip file.
Are there instructions to split this thing up into two usb's or something?
Why would two USB's work - you would think it would still attempt to *load* the first, then *load* the second before beginning the install.
