What option or option package gives the counsel shift?

I believe it’s with the Sport & Special Edition Package on XLT
but console can come without shifter with the Chrome package and XL
Standard on King Ranch ,Platinum &Limited
But a Lariat Chrome can have a console with shifter or 40/20/40 seats with column shifter
this is info for MY 16

Base Lariats may have the console without the shifter in it.
