Default cotus question

So last Wednesday the order was placed for my 2018 white limited!

I did double check the order sheet generated by the dealer to make sure that all of the options I wanted were listed. I can confirm this in the cotus exterior and interior details.

Curiously however the one thing that doesn't show up is the 3.55 electric locking rear diff. It's the only option that isn't showing up on the cotus report. Weird!

Those experienced with tracking their vehicle status using cotus, is it normal for the 3.55 electronic locking rear diff to not show up on the report? I thought it was peculiar since it is an extra cost option.

Thanks

I'm currently tracking my order in COTUS. The locking diff didn't show on the features. I called the dealership to confirm that it was ordered. I later found it in COTUS listed on the Window Sticker when my truck went into production.

It doesn't show up on mine either. I have the Max tow package ordered, and it also does not show on COTUS. But my window sticker reflects everything that I ordered.

Aha!! Mine is not "in production" yet so no window sticker yet.

Mine never showed up either so I wouldn't worry much.

I ordered my new F150 back in February, once my dealer gave me my VIN number, I went on to Cotus to track the progress, I was able to see that it was in processing, and then seen it change to In Production, delivery date has never changed, but I was able to print off the window sticker as well. Went on today to see if it has been shipped out yet, but now Cotus is not recognizing my VIN number anymore. Get an error message saying "No matching vehicle found". Anyone have any similar experience, or know why it would suddenly disappear off Cotus

COTUS doesn't list every option, and it's notorious for not being updated. If ever a doubt. contact your dealer.

Cotus is finicky. Try deleting cached information and trying it again. Mine showed on Cotus until the point where it was delivered to the dealer.
You can also look on palsapp.com to find shipping information.
