OK guys here is the deal. I do this as a hobby to help you guys out. I have moved on from the Ford world and still do this. One thing really chaps my rear. I say 2-4 weeks. I do my best and yes sometimes it gets longer than that. Reporting me to PayPal within the 4 weeks time frame is not cool. It impacts my account and just stinks. Then when I tell you that I have your unit boxed up and you want a refund anyways well that is just changing your mind and not fair to me.
Sorry for the rant but by golly there is no need to report me to PayPal when I am within the CLEARLY written 2-4 weeks delivery.
I was thinking about doing another design update but honestly this just ruined my mood and I think it is time to just pull the plug. I have sent so many free parts out at MY COST for shipping. I have NEVER questioned a "warranty claim" from any of you. I do not come on this forum daily anymore because my life is far to hectic. There are MULTIPLE ways to send me an email and yes I eventually respond and not always on the first response. I do my best to print some parts in my spare time and go from there.
END OF RANT.

I wish you all the best!
PS: What did you get to replace your Ford? I just recently jumped ship to RAM, and now my ventilated seats (read: NOT air-conditioned) feel cooler than the Ford was without your kit. When the A/C is blowing in the RAM, I actually have to turn the ventilation DOWN!
Take care!

Tim, I completely understand your reaction and feel bad for you that these issues are happening - I know I worked with you after you released the parts, and it was my pleasure! I have 2 little ones at home, so I understand some level of hectic (may not be as hectic as you, but it feels overwhelming some/most days!).
I wish you all the best!

Well, when you get fed up with stupid stuff breaking on Brand X truck, you're more willing to try Brand Y. In my case, my last 2 F-150s have been problematic, and they haven't released a new design yet, so I tried the competition. Couldn't stand the looks of the GM trucks inside and out, so I looked at RAM, and it won out. It ticks all the boxes for me - safety, capability, tech, interior, comfort. I don't need 2000lbs of payload, nor do I tow a lot (I have a 7k gvw trailer), but I commute and take my family on road trips, so I need the comfort, space and safety.
