Cooling Seats issue and TSB feedback

Just refused to take my truck from the dealer today. Day 20 in the shop. It's a lot better than before, but just not done yet. They did state I got all the TSBs and Special Service Bulletins done. Transmission TSB, Adaptive Cruise Control update/reprogram SSB, both Front Seats Cooling TSB, and about 80% of the agreed upon repainting - they just missed two major spots. They also adjusted my moonroof but it still has more than normal seepage along one seal so that is getting another look.
So, I got the seat cooling TSB all done but still can't test it. Maybe next week. Been a very long and painful new vehicle purchase process.
When I sat in my truck for my inspection today, it had been so long since I'd seen it that it feels like someone else's truck. Super strange...

I had told my service writer about the seat cooling problem before a fix was out and she thanked me for the info. Fast forward, I called her when i read about the TSB and gave her the number and the related part number and she put my parts on order. She will give me a call when they are in. I never had to take my truck in as some have had to do. Great service.

I just logged into myFord online and I didn't find any TSBs listed for my truck. I know I have the cooling seat issue and hard 5-4 downshift, can anyone tell me the TSB numbers? I had seen them before in this thread but it would be nice if the first post could be updated to show them. Thanks!

Can someone please post a PDF of TSB: 15-0142? I can't find one and need to print one out for my dealership. I already have TSB: 15-0140 to show them. It amazes me that I know more about TSB's then they do, go figure.
