Didn't the change start in 2018? Last year having the TEDs being 2017?

You are right Omar.... they changed the nomenclature and design starting in the 2018MY.... frankly, this saga has drug on for so long even I had lost focus on it..... LOL....

Tim and I worked with Ford Engineering to TSB the TEDs and they only did a partial fix so Tim developed the optimized kit to address both the intake and exhaust ducting.... eventually they dropped that design (TED) entirely and went to VENTILATED seats in 2018..... regardless, they never went back and ducted the exhaust from TEDs ..... only Tim's kit did that..... to at least OPTIMIZE the TED usage..... frankly my pre-2015 F-150 cooling seats performed better than ANY version of the 2015+s... they had to slim the seats in 2015 to cut weight, etc..... and they never equalled the prior version

It still amazes me that Ford would let issues like the seat design and the "Frozen Door Latches" linger on for YEARS... forcing owners to rely on DIY means to correct design deficiencies/errors..... but maybe I expect too much from Ford...... NOT!!!!.... AZPLAT

Well, they are going to have seats that lay back to form a bed, so what could go wrong with that? :D

Ok guys yes I am making parts. Yes COVID impacted supplies. Yes I am behind.

If you put in a claim against me in PayPal your order will be canceled and you will not get parts ever period. I am one man that has spent lots of money on equipment to help people get better seat cooling. I have sent countless replacement parts at no cost to previous buyers.

Do I like the extra injection of money into my PayPal sure. Do I have time to deal with rude people NO. Prime example is today after issuing a refund someone filed a claim on the refund... I mean come on do you want free parts plus the refund? I just don’t have the energy to deal with people like this anymore!!

I know I have orders that are much past the 6 weeks out like I say. I literally have not been able to get my filament hardly at all to keep up with production. I have waited upwards of 2 months just for 3D Filament! Also I sent emails out explaining this and for some reason it went to some junk mails. I also have found that some of your emails to me are going to junk mail. It happens I am human.

Tim, I don't blame you in the least! These are weird times for all of us, so let's cut vendors some slack, people!

I know Tim, I've worked with Tim on this project, and he is 100% a stand-up guy! Especially with small businesses, treat them like you would a close friend. That he's having to go through this, and is STILL willing to supply F-150 owners with quality parts (and he backs them!), good on ya bud!

As the other part of the duo that worked originally with Ford Engineering to get them to recognize and at least PARTIALLY fix the original "No Ducts" problem in the TSB we tested on our private vehicles before it was released to the masses. With that experience I feel I can attest to both Tim's engineering/production skill and his personal integrity!!

As to weaponizing PP against Tim.... well.... that is perhaps a sign of the times... but certainly not giving him the recognition due him for all the personal time and $$s he spent to develop/evolve his infamous "FIX".

Although his kit may not allow the 2015+ seats to perform quite as well as the pre-2015 ones (IMHO), the optimization the buyer gets with his kit goes the final mile to remedy the questionable 2015+ design.
