I've paired my iPhone 6s+ to my SYNC 3 system with the updated software (v2.2) on it. I didn't notice if before, but when I paireed my phone, it downloaded the contact list to the radio, but it appears to have only downloaded my "Favorites" from my phone, not my whole list. I only have about 10 family members on my favorites list, but I have over 90 contacts in my contact list. Is there a way (besides getting rid of my "Favorites") to get my regular contact list downloaded from my phone. I've checked the Ford owner site with no luck and I have searched the forum with no luck. I've found other issues, but none related to this issue.

Have you tried a master reset on SYNC?

 

Not yet, but that's a good suggestion. I hadn't even thought of that. I'll try that and let you know what happens.
