My 05 had 250 K on it when I traded it in after 10 years. I plan on doing the same thing with this one

Man, what did you get on trade for a 250K vehicle? Just curious. My value was pretty low at 190K.

I got 5 grand (plus the tax savings) on my 05 trade in with 230 k km's. If I sold it privately I could've got 6 so it wasn't worth the hassle.

Wow! So the takeaway for me, who doesn't know squat trucks, is that they hold their value for a long time?

This is me trying to figure out to talk the wife into it. "But honey, in ten years it'll be worth wayyy more than a minivan."

They sure do. I tried trading my 05 Focus (same year and miles as truck) and they didn't want it..lol He told me he would give me 100 bucks if it made me feel any better..lol I kept the Focus and my daughter is using it to get to school and back.
