So I pick up my new Lariat a few weeks back and don't really notice anything strange until I feel a hole on the center console. After further investigation, I find the lock mechanism appears to be in place, but the lock cylinder is completely missing. Then I check the glove box, and the same thing, lock cylinder is missing, just empty open holes. How does this leave the factory and the dealership without anybody noticing they were never installed? Dealer response, huh, never saw that before. Naturally the dealer needs to order them in.

Now I'm concerned about what else may have gotten overlooked or not completed on the truck.
