Been trying to find a reasonably priced console to do my swap for forever. Finally found one last week and it was delivered today. I think I have just about everything I need to do the swap, all in one purchase. Stoked!!!

I'm slightly ashamed to say it but... just look at the interior for a Lariat non-sport with ebony interior.... it's exactly the same as mine.
The only thing I don't have installed is the leather on the dashboard panels, I already have the parts so that upgrade is coming. Other than that, same as Lariat interior.

I got real lucky and got everything to do the swap (minus the actual console bolts) for $235 shipped. It's an XL, so I'll have to vinyl wrap some trim to the silverish color for my XLT, but that's not a big deal to me.
