Cluster question?

Do you guys know if clusters are the same? I want to change my cluster f150 2015 4inch xlt to the 8 inch f150 2016 lariat cluster

Any 2015-16 F150 8" cluster is compatible in a 2015 XLT. If you happen to have the NA V6 engine with the 8k rpm range then you won't find an 8" cluster with that.

Please realize that cluster has programming in it to match the vehicle its in, its not exactly plug and play.
