Default Clock Not Working Correctly

The clock on my 2020 XLT stopped working correctly. It tells the correct time as long as ignition switch is in the “on” position. With the ignition on accessories it is several hours off the correct time. Also, if I start the truck and run it and then stop, it will show the correct time for 10 minutes or whatever until the radio shuts down and then the time will suddenly change by several hours.

Has anybody else experienced this problem and if so, do you know what is the fix? Thanks.

My guess, your battery going bad. First thing I would check.

The dealer fixed the problem by replacing the antenna. That also fixed the compass which had quit working on the display screen.
