Default Clicking when I press the brakes in park

I turn on the truck, press the brake in to shift it to D, and click! Press brake, CLICK! Doesn't click when I press brakes while driving, just while i'm in park. It's very loud. The noise is coming from under the shifter.

Anyone else experience this? I'm just under 5,000 miles, and it started last week.

It's the brake shift interlock. It allows you to move the shifter from park.

Some reported it as being noisy. I can hear mine too.

There was a thread about it on here awhile back.
