So in today's world most people have text messaging and email on their phones. Just curious if you would go on COTUS as much if they offered email or text notifications.


Not sure what steps would get notifications but maybe a few would be something like:
"Congratulations on your new order"
"We have your trucks scheduled"
"Your truck was born today"
"Your truck is on its way"
"Your dealer got your truck"
"There has been a delay on your truck"
ETC


Just curious as all of my Amazon purchases send me text saying when they shipped and when they go out for delivery. That technology can't be too hard. I would totally put in my text or email for notifications like that!

Well the results are interesting so far. I kind of expected that people would check COTUS less if they had an email or text update.


I know it would be a function I would love to see added to COTUS but maybe I am an odd duck..

I watched cotus daily until I said the hell with it and the dealer called when it showed up.

I watched it daily and as the date drew closer I checked more often. I would certainly check WAY WAY less if it just notified on status change.
