What do you guys think about the Motorcraft products? I've had decent luck with them in the past, and in my train of thought those are the chemicals they recommend and test with for their materials.

i get my truck professionally detailed inside and out every 6 months. Wash, clay bar, wax, carpet shampoo, leather treatment etc... my guy uses Smartwax products and i'm always very impressed with the way it turns out. in between details i wash with Armor-All Wash and Wax when its super dirty, but when its just dusty or slightly dirty i use the SmartWax Quickdetailer and a microfier cloth. for the leather seats i use Mothers VLR and for other misc plastic parts i usually just wipe with a microfiber cloth or if its very dirty i use Armor-All cleaner and protectant where needed.

Default 2015 Ford F150 FX4 Platinum

The way how I take care of my Truck.

1. Clay the vehicle, Mothers Clay Bar will do the job.

2. Based on the condition do the polishing with Porter Cable, I do use Rupes 21. The Polish i used is Chemical Guys V36 & V38.

3. After performing the step 2, then I put the Chemical Guys Glaze such as Wet Mirror Finish, easy wipe off no waiting, buff off immediately.

4. Then I proceed with the Chemical Guys Jet Seal Sealant, waiting time about 20 Minutes, then wipe it off.

5. And lastly apply the Wax after putting the sealant. Typically I used Chemical Guys Lava Wax which is in Pate Form and melt on the paint gives a very nice wet look as well.

The above steps will give the paint protection of about 6 Months to a Year.

* After every wash, I use Chemical Guys V07 to maintain and protect the paint and keep the luster and shine.
* And before Performing any type of Polish or Sealant, make sure to have the Vehicle is wash and cleaned.
