I see it's your first post, no real problem but should start a new thread due to the age and date of this thread.
Both codes for both banks are Cams over retarded, as a base to begin from.
Therefore, at your mileage, wear and age is suspect.
Is oil pressure to low?
Have oil change intervals been too long?
Are the VCT Solenoids sludge plugged, limiting oil flow into the Phasers? The codes indicate Over >>retard, not advance. Only way to advance is with oil pressure into the Phasers. Retard is done by letting oil out of the Phasers. This is done with normal valve spring pressures on the cam lobes 'quickly' moving the cam in relation to the Phasers as the only way to allow the Phasers to retard, as the codes indicate.
Anything that interferes with the Phaser range of change for both banks, is suspect.
The Sensing that detects where the cams positions are, are separate monitors each bank and produce the code when cam positions are out of program limits, as detected.
