Default Changed 2016 grill

I changed out the grill on a 2016 XL to a FX-4 grill. and now the A/C isnt blowing cold air and the temperature gauge on radio is reading 50 degrees. All harnesses are reconnected. Any suggestions on what could’ve happened?

What's an FX4 grille?

I've changed my grille... I dunno... way too many times. I've never experienced an issue. I would recheck all connections.

That's the Sport grille, the FX4 option package doesn't have a specific grille or wheels in it since it became an option package instead of a trim level. You can add the FX4 option package on most trim levels and the grille and wheels style are part of the trim level.

Never changed a grill but you might want to pull the connectors again and carefully inspect them for pushed-in or spread pins.
If its not the connector, then it smacks of a ground wire not making a good electrical contact connection to the chassis or a ground wire was not reinstalled back properly.
I'd double check any and all ground wires removed during the grill replacement.

By the way i like the 5 bar Sport grill. I'm biased though as i've got one too.

I've pulled my grill out 3-4 times, only connector I remember on my XLT was for the shutters.
