Default Center screen

I got into my truck today, cranked it up and the center screen never came on, just remained black my whole trip. was working fine last time I drove it. Has any body else had this problem, or maybe whats the problem. Made a service call to the dealer, just wanted a heads up. Thanks in advance

There is a way to turn the screen completely off, maybe you did by accident?
Try touching the screen and see if it appears back.

If all else fails, disconnect the negative post on the battery, let it sit for a few minutes, then reconnect and try it again.

Happened to me 2 weeks off the lot. Remove the negative cable off the battery for 5 min or so, then reconnect. Worked fine for me.
