Can't Confirm Sync Update?

They mentioned that running a health report would also confirm the version, but would have to wait a month after installing it. Not sure why the wait though.

I purchased my truck on December 17th and saw where there was a Sync update, I updated it and went to try to confirm the update like you are suppose to on the Sync website and it would not work, I did a online chat with a sync representative and got the following chat:
Please wait for a SYNC Agent to respond.
Gary says:
Hello Richard, my name is Gary. How can I help you today?

I have updated my Sync and I have chosen the right file to show that I have updated it but it will not complete the action
Gary says:
As you have seen, Richard, there's a glitch in the program that prevents you from confirming your update this way. A work around for this is to set your parking brake and run a vehicle health report. That will confirm your update for you.
I have done this on Dec 27th but the Sync website still shows I need to confirm.

Same thing I went through, my rep had me read off the firmware and he said "yeah you have the new one now, I'll manually check it off for you here" but never did. Not worried too much about it, he confirmed the firmware number and I confirmed the new features were there. Maybe I'll get the site to match that next time around lol
