Im curious, I remember reading somewhere that the cams in the F150 coyotes got changed to mustang cams somewhere along the 15-18 model years.

Anyone know if there is any truth to it?

Google may know what the pro's at car and driver or the guys at the track every week run but we all know what the average driver in a stock stang on street tires runs....s l o w e r .....They think they are Mario Andretti but the first trip to the track seems to humble them (doesn't it!)

You’ve got a blown Mustang on drag radials and you’ve never been down the track?
If you’re on the Roush tune it’s a mid-12 second car.

Why, because I don't race it on the track? Do you think everyone that mods their Mustangs races them on the track?

Drag radials on your supercharged mustang. Never been to the track. Bet it's got stickers all over it.

First off, they are not pure drag radials, the are Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S, meaning Street to Strip. They have the same compound as drag radials, which means they connect way better than stock street tires.

Pure drag radials are not legal on the street. And do you know why I have them? Because with the extra HP, I don't get left "wondering just what happened" at the stop light. Nor do I "blow the tires off trying", like the guys you seem to be used to.
