If you are talking about a 2016 you could probably get the max payload package. I tried ordering it on 8/31 and they said it was not available. Check with dealer and he might make up your mind for you.

I have already ordered a 2016 with the Heavy Duty Payload Package. The are late availability, with a February or March expected build date.

Not to be "that guy", but if you're having to split hairs this much why not go with a F-250?

I know you can get a 5.0 SCAB 4X4 with a 2010 payload and the 36 gallon tank. Not sure if that would work for you.

I commute 90 miles a day. A 250 is way overkill

I have the truck you're looking to order. Honestly it is worth your while to add the payload package. I agree with robertp that you can go over if you're smart about it (look at the ram 1500 guys. a lot of them do it because they're payload is atrocious) I just can't see why you wouldn't want to get the payload package. I wish my truck came with it.
